关于2022年度洪山实验室科研成果后补助绩效奖励评审结果的公示

为充分调动科研人员积极性,鼓励和支持科研人员产出高质量基础研究成果和有重大应用价值的应用型成果、争取获得高层次人才计划等,根据《湖北洪山实验室科研成果后补助管理办法》相关规定,实验室拟对固定研究人员署名洪山实验室的论文(作为第一作者或通讯作者,洪山实验室在单位排名中位列前三),品种、兽药、标准等成果(作为第一完成人,洪山实验室在完成单位排名中位列前三),实验室研究人员获得的人才计划以及以实验室名义开展的成果转化(有实际转化经费进入实验室账户)等进行绩效奖励。
